Standard Processing Times
All of our ready arrangements and potted items are handmade to order by our Florists to ensure quality. Please allow 2-5 days for our Florists to create your arrangement and 1-2 days for loose stems. Our items require careful packing and customized boxes to safeguard them in shipping.

We offer free door-to-door delivery in UAE within 5-7 Business Days. We do not delivery on government holidays.We offer free door-to-door delivery in KSA within 10-20 Business Days. We do not delivery on government holidays.
For worldwide deliveries we ask you to allow 7-21 business days for delivery once your items have shipped.
All items are shipped in heavy, 5ply cardboard, and our arrangements are in oversized boxes to allow room for the protective styrofoam. Due to the weight and volume of our packed boxes, we choose standard shipping in order to offer customers affordable shipping prices.

You may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Contact CustomerService@Bloomr.com and let us know which products you will be returning and include your order number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) in the original packaging and in new, unused and undamaged condition. If you do not request a refund within 7 days of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return outside of this time frame.
Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period of time it will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned damaged will not be accepted.
Orders must be returned to our Dubai Showroom or our Ras Al Khamiah warehouse or Dubai Showroom within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning your order with a shipping carrier, you must email CustomerService@bloomr.com a tracking number within 7 days of receiving your order. Your returns should arrive to the below address:

To request a return please email CustomerService@Bloomr.com and include the following:
Your order number Name of product(s), item number(s), and quantity of items you are returning Customer Service will respond to you with return instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 45 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@bloomr.com.
If an item is considered final sale then we cannot take returns or exchanges. These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
A customer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but if your items are eligible for return then you can return them per our policy above.
